In the matter of the estate of nickolas dines, late of nazareth house geraldton, crowtherton street, bluff point, western australia, deceased. Creditors and other persons having claims (to which section 63 of the trustees act 1962, relates) in respect of the estate of the deceased, who died on 18 october 2017, and probate of whose will dated 8 august [contact details redacted] of western australia on 15 november 2018, are required by the executors and trustees, helen elizabeth noonan and laurence bruce dines, both care of williams & hughes, ground floor, [contact details redacted] their claims to them care of that address by the 29th day of april 2019, after which date the executors and trustees may convey or distribute the estate assets having regard only to the claims of which they have then had notice.
