The Minister for Mines and Petroleum varies the exemption of land originally declared on 16 March 1987 and published in the Government Gazette dated 27 March 1987 by varying the description to that as described hereunder (not being private land or land that is the subject of a mining tenement or an application for a mining tenement) exempt from Division 1 to 5 of Part IV of the Mining Act 1978.
