David Robert Biggins late of Mercy Place Mont Clare, [contact details redacted] persons having claims (to which Section 63 of the Trustees Act 1962 relates) in respect of the estate of the deceased, who died on 11 December 2023, are required by the applicant for probate, Jill Hamilton Rowbottom, to send particulars of their claims to them within 30 days of this notice to care of D’Angelo Legal, [contact details redacted] applicants may convey or distribute the assets, having regard only to the claims of which they then have notice.
