It is hereby notified for public information, in accordance with section 87 of the Planning and Development Act 2005 that the Minister for Planning approved the abovementioned amendment to the Shire of Manjimup Local Planning Scheme No. 4 on 12 January 2026 for the purpose of— 1. Rezoning Lot 200, Club and Swimming Pool Roads, Pemberton from Tourist Enterprise to Town Centre with R30 density code; 2. Deleting Development Investigation Area (DIA 23) from Lot 200, Club and Swimming Pool Roads.
