Creditors and other persons having claims in respect of the estate of the deceased, who died on 12 december 2016, are required by the trustee of the deceased’s estate, being joan a’court care of summers legal, 104 colin street, west perth wa 6005, to send particulars of their claims to her by the 24th day of march 2017, after which date the trustee may convey or distribute the assets, having regard only to the claims of which she has notice.
