Creditors and other persons having claims (to which section 63 of the trustees act 1962 relates) in respect of the estate of the deceased, who died on 21 march 2021, are required by the co-executors, david leigh morris and mark newbold, care of d. morris, 25 university avenue, churchlands, wa, 6818 to send particulars of their claim by tuesday november 1, 2022, after which date the executors may convey or distribute the assets, having regard only to the claims of which executors have notice.
