Creditors and other persons having claims (to which Section 63 of the Trustees Act 1962 (WA) relates) in respect of the estate of Giuseppe Raccuia, who died on 5 July 2025, are required by the personal representative, Joseph Paul Raccuia, to send particulars of their claims to him by no later than 19 October 2026.
