On 28 June 2017 the Commissioner for Consumer Protection served a notice on Fremantle R.S.L. Club “Wyola”—A0470014C informing it that if it did not show cause on or before 60 days after the day on which the notice was given the incorporation of the Association would be cancelled. The Association did not show cause within the Allowed Period. On 13 September 2017 the Commissioner gave notice in writing to the Association stating that the Commissioner proposed to make an order cancelling the incorporation of the Association after the expiration of 28 days from the day on which the notice was given.
