Creditors and other persons having claims in respect of the estate of florence tye late of 2 oakdale close, safety bay, western australia, deceased, who died on 15 september 2022 are required by the executors of the estate to send particulars of their claims to the executor, estate of florence tye, 206/1 wexford street, subiaco, wa 6008, within one month of the date of publication of this notice, after which date the executor may convey or distribute the assets, having regard only to the claims of which the executor then has notice.
