Public Trustee scale of fees commencing 1 july 2023. This scale of fees commences operation on 1 july 2023. The public trustee shall be reimbursed for all expenses that the public trustee properly incurs. All fees referred to in this scale of fees are inclusive of any applicable gst. The public trustee commences to administer a deceased estate on the date that it accepts the estate for administration.
