Creditors and other persons having claims (to which s 63 of the Trustees Act 1962 (WA) relates) in respect of the estate of the deceased, who died on 20 February 2024 are required by the trustee, Elaine Mary Ward of 12 Columbia Close, Halls Head, Western Australia, to send particulars of their claims to her by the 3rd day of January 2026, after which date the trustee may convey or distribute the assets, having regard only to the claims of which she has notice.
