The clinical practice morbidity and mortality review committee established by Mark Grime, chief executive officer of St John of God Bunbury Hospital, is declared to be an approved quality improvement committee for the purposes of the Health Services (Quality Improvement) Act 1994. This order expires three years after its commencement.
