Gender Reassignment Amendment Regulations 2019
Amends the gender reassignment regulations 2001 by deleting specific rows related to marriage status in schedule 1 forms 1 and 2.

These regulations amend the gender reassignment regulations 2001. In schedule 1 form 1 delete the rows beginning with “i am married.” and ending with “issued to a person who is married.” in schedule 1 form 2 delete the rows beginning with “the child is married.” and ending with “issued to a person who is married.”
