Proclamation under the Marine and Harbours Act 1981 section 9 relating to the Augusta Boat Harbour, dated 15 May 2012 and published in the Government Gazette on 22 May 2012 at page 2161, is varied in Schedule 1 by deleting specified land descriptions and inserting new land descriptions.
