Notice made by the Chief Executive Officer under section 72 of the Medicines and Poisons Act 2014 regarding conditions imposed on the sale, supply, use and possession of Strychnine Alkaloid. The notice defines terms and sets out conditions and restrictions, including exemptions, related to the use of Strychnine Alkaloid for destroying prescribed pests.
