Creditors and other persons having claims (to which section 63 of the Trustees Act 1962, relates) in respect of the estate of Bernhard Saile (deceased), late of Aegis Woodlake (Aegis Aged Care Group), 40 Woodlake Retreat, Kingsley, Western Australia, who died on 9 June 2018, are required by the executors Susanne Ingeborg Paskos and Holger Bernard Saile to send particulars of their claims care of po box 2353, marmion wa 6020 within 30 days of the date of publication of this notice, after which date the executors may convey or distribute the assets having regard only to the claims of which the executors have notice.
