Creditors and other persons having claims (to which section 63 of the trustees act 1962, relates) in respect to the estate of the deceased, who died on 17 september 2020, are required by the executor robert hills to send the particulars of their claim to the executor c/- [contact details redacted] 6169, within one month of the date of publication of this notice, after which date the executor may convey or distribute the assets having regard only to the claims of which they have notice and the executor will not be liable to any person of whose claim they have had no notice at the time of distribution.
