Notice Text

Under the powers conferred by the Cat Act 2011, Local Government Act 1995 and all other powers enabling it, the Council of the City of Rockingham resolved on 26 November 2024 to make the following local law— this local law is cited as the City of Rockingham Cats Amendment Local Law 2024. This local law comes into operation 14 days after its publication in the Government Gazette. In this local law, the City of Rockingham Cats Local law 2018 published in the Government Gazette on 18 January 2019, is referred to as the principal local law.
