I, Jackie Jarvis, Minister for Fisheries, Western Australia, hereby give notice under section 97(9) of the Fish Resources Management Act 1994 that I have granted an aquaculture lease to Seaweed Abrolhos Islands Pty Ltd (ACN 650 111 498) for two sites in the Houtman Abrolhos Islands for a term ending 30 June 2046. Details of the lease are available from the register maintained by the Department of Primary Industries and Regional Development, Perth.
