Creditors and other persons having claims in respect of the estate of the deceased, who died on 25 july 2020, are required by the personal representative mathew barnes of po box 78, armadale wa 6112 to send particulars of their claims to myself within one calendar month from publication of this notice, after which date the personal representatives may convey or distribute the assets having regard only to the claims of which they then have notice.
