Creditors and other persons having claims (to which section 63 of the Trustees Act 1962 relates) in respect of the estate of the deceased who died and was found on 3 june 2024 are required by the trustee australian executor trustees limited acn 007 869 794 of gpo box 546, adelaide sa 5001 to send particulars of their claim to them by 2 may 2025 after which date the trustee may convey or distribute the assets having regard only to the claims of which it then has notice.
