Creditors and other persons having claims (to which section 63 of the trustees act 1962 relates) in respect to the estate of the deceased who died on 23 december 2025 are required by executor, derwas scott overheu, to send particulars of their claims to him of 51 o’connell street, hamilton hill, western australia 6163, within 31 days from date of publication of this notice, after which date the executor may convey or distribute the asses of the estate, having regard only to the claims of which he then has notice.
