In accordance with section 8(1)(a) and clause 4 of schedule 1 to the state superannuation act 2000 notice is hereby given that the following person has been appointed by the governor in executive council as chair of the government employees superannuation board, for a five-year term expiring on 18 october 2026— ms jo gaines.
