Notice is given that the following licences are liable to forfeiture under Section 96(1)(a) of the Mining Act 1978 for breach of covenant, being failure to comply with the prescribed expenditure conditions and/or non-compliance with the reporting provisions. To be heard by the Warden at Kalgoorlie on 13 December 2023.
