These regulations are the road traffic (vehicles) amendment regulations 2017. These regulations come into operation as follows โ (a) regulations 1 and 2 โ on the day on which these regulations are published in the gazette; (b) the rest of the regulations โ on 8 march 2017. These regulations amend the road traffic (vehicles) regulations 2014. In regulation 120: (a) in the penalty delete โ24 pu.โ and insert: 64 pu. (b) in the modified penalty delete โ20 pu.โ and insert: 24 pu.
