In the estate of Lily May Kerry who died on 26 April 2018 of 59 Ipsen Street, Manjimup, Western Australia, deceased. Creditors and other persons having claims (to which Section 63 of the Trustees Act 1962 relates) in respect of the estate of the said deceased person are required by the Executors of the deceased’s estate being Elaine Moore of 191 Ringbark Road, Ringbark, Western Australia (postal address—PO Box 924 Manjimup W.A. 6258), and Paul Kerry, of 19 Becker Street, Manjimup, Western Australia, to send particulars of their claims to them by 5 May 2022, after which date the Executors may convey or distribute the assets having regard only to the claims of which they then have notice.
