Creditors and other persons having claims (to which section 63 of the Trustees Act 1962, relates) in respect of the estate of the deceased, who died on 10 october 2018, are required by the executor, stephanie alice lee of 7 broadway road, bickley w.a., to send particulars of their claims within 30 days of the date of publication to her after which date she may convey or distribute the assets, having regard only to the claims of which she then has notice.
