These regulations amend the Associations Incorporation Regulations 2016. They relate to addresses for service and notices lodged under the Associations Incorporation Act 1987 section 40. An address for service lodged with the Commissioner under section 203(1)(b) or (2)(b) of the Act is taken for the purposes of section 176 of the Act to have been notified to the Commissioner under section 174.
