The Conservation and Parks Commission and the Department of Biodiversity, Conservation and Attractions advise that amendments to the Eighty Mile Beach Marine Park Management Plan 2014-2024 were approved by the Minister for Environment on 7 April 2018. The amendments to the management plan were prepared in accordance with section 61 of the Conservation and Land Management Act 1984 and come into operation with this Government Gazette notice. The amendments to the management plan can be viewed and downloaded from the Department of Biodiversity, Conservation and Attractions’ website.
