Order made by the Governor in Executive Council under section 4(2) of the Act. Amends the Cemeteries (Menzies and Kookynie Cemeteries Closure) Order 2016. Except for the burial of Mr Christopher Patrick Deavin, burials in the Menzies Cemetery remain discontinued wholly after the day on which this clause comes into operation.
