Creditors and other persons having claims in respect of the estate of the deceased, Gordon Allen Maguire, late of 4 Bickerton Street, Collie WA 6225, who died on 25 October 2017, are required by the personal representative/executor, Suphanit Maguire, 4 Bickerton Street, Collie WA 6225 to send particulars of their claims to her by 28 February 2019 after which date the personal representative/executor may convey or distribute the assets, having regard only to the claims of which she then has notice.
