Raoul Natalino Simonich late of 47 Erica Street, Coodanup in the state of Western Australia, deceased. Creditors and other persons having claims (to which Section 63 of the Trustees Act 1962 relates) in respect of the estate of the deceased, who died on 29/05/2024, are required by the trustee Davide Di Prospero of 5 Kirkham Hill Terrace Maylands, in the state of Western Australia to send particulars of their claims to him within one month of this publication, after which date the trustee may convey or distribute the assets, having regard only to the claims of which he then has notice.
