Creditors and other persons having claims in respect of the estate of Timothy Samuel Hubbard, deceased, who died on the 13th day of November 2017 at Sir Charles Gairdner Hospital, Nedlands are required by the executor Sarah Ann Hubbard to send particulars of their claims to Peel Legal Barristers & Solicitors of [contact details redacted] of this notice, after which date the personal representative may convey or distribute the assets having regard only to the claims of which she has then had notice.
