Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to section 8 of the Petroleum Pipelines Act 1969, an application has been received from Agi Development Group Nominees Pty Limited for a licence to construct and operate a pipeline for the conveyance of petroleum. A map showing the proposed route of the pipeline may be examined during public office hours until 15 January 2024 at the Department of Energy, Mines, Industry Regulation and Safety.
