Under the powers conferred by the Local Government Act 1995, the Council of the City of Rockingham resolved on 19 December 2018 to make the following local law. This local law may be cited as the City of Rockingham Parking Local Law 2018. This local law will come into operation on the fourteenth day after the day on which it is published in the Government Gazette. The City of Rockingham Parking and Parking Facilities Local Law 2004 is repealed.
