In the estate of phyllis cecelia brooks of [contact details redacted] persons having claims (to which section 63 of the trustees act 1962 (wa) relates) in respect of the estate of the deceased, who died on 22nd may 2024 are required by the executor, james burke of [contact details redacted] western australia, to send particulars of their claims to him at p o box 498, kelmscott, wa 6991 by the date being one month following the publication of this notice, after which date the executor may convey or distribute the assets, having regard only to claims of which they then have notice.
