Made by the Minister under section 7A of the Act. This order is the National Gas Access (WA) Adoption of Amendments Order 2024. This order comes into operation as follows: clauses 1 and 2 on the day on which this order is published in the Gazette; the rest of the order on the day after that day. It is declared under section 7A(2) of the Act that each 2020 SA Schedule amendment is relevant to the WA text.
