Creditors and other persons having claims (to which section 63 of the Trustees Act 1962 (WA) relates) in respect of the estate of the deceased who died on 23 november 2019 are required by the administrator christine steele to send particulars of their claim to mgd law of care of po box 274 mount hawthorn wa 6915 by the date that is one (1) month from the date of publication of this notice, after which date the executor may convey or distribute the assets having regard only to the claims of which she then has notice.
