Creditors and other persons having claims (to which section 63 of the Trustees Act 1962 relates) in respect of the estate of the said deceased who died on 24 march 2021 are required by the personal representative, robert keith antonides c/- carlo primerano & associates barristers and solicitors, suite 12, [contact details redacted] 6100 to send particulars of their claims to them by friday, 13 august 2021 after which date the personal representative may convey or distribute the assets having regard only to the claims of which they then have notice.
