Soil and land conservation (Boyup Brook Land Conservation District) amendment order 2018 made by the Governor in Executive Council under section 23 of the Soil and Land Conservation Act 1945 on the recommendation of the Minister for Agriculture and Food. Clauses 5 and 6 of the principal order are deleted.
