In the estate of ernest leslie mcguirk, late of [contact details redacted] persons having claims (to which section 63 of the trustees act 1962 relates) in respect of the estate of the deceased, who died on 1 september 2023, are required by the executor, john-paul shehata, care of simpson freed lawyers, [contact details redacted] their claims to him within one (1) month from the date of publication of this notice, after which date the executor may convey or distribute the assets, having regard only to the claims of which he then has notice.
