The Minister for Planning has approved the declaration for Planning Control Area 191 and the revocation of Planning Control Area 158, pursuant to section 113 of the Planning and Development Act 2005. Planning Control Area 191 is intended to protect land identified for the Curtin Avenue connection to Stirling Highway. The declaration remains in effect for five years from the date of publication. A person shall not commence development without WAPC approval. Penalty for failure to comply is $200,000.
