Under the powers conferred by the Local Government Act 1995, the Council of the City of Wanneroo resolved on 15 February 2022 to make the following local law, cited as the City of Wanneroo Fencing Local Law, and shall apply throughout the district. This local law will come into operation 14 days after the date of its publication in the Government Gazette. The City of Wanneroo Fencing Local Law 2016 is repealed.
