Creditors and other persons having claims in respect of the estate of the deceased, who died on 30 march 2017, are required by the executor of the deceased, s. spence of 13 convallis vista, the vines wa 6069 to send particulars of their claim to him by 7 august 2017, after which date the executor may distribute the assets having regard only to the claims of which he then has notice.
