Notice is hereby given to any persons having claims pursuant to section 63 of the trustees act 1962 against the estate of shirley may jefferson, who died on 18 november 2021 at narrogin health service, narrogin, western australia, late of baptistcare kalkarni, 27 whittington street, brookton, western australia, to submit in writing any such claims complete with supporting documentation to the executrix julie jefferson, c/- valenti lawyers, level 2, 130 royal street, east perth wa 6004, within 30 days of this notice, after which date the executrix will convey or distribute the assets, having regard only to the claims of which she has notice.
