Acting pursuant to the powers conferred by Regulation 10a (b) of the navigable waters regulations 1958, i hereby close all of the following waters to swimming, between the hours of 9.00 pm and 9.45 pm on saturday 19th january 2019—busselton jetty. Area of closure: All the waters within a 150 metre radius around the firing point located on the busselton jetty at approximately 33° 38.592′s, 115° 20.632′e, approximately 150 metres along the jetty from the foreshore. This area is set aside for safety measures during the set up and display of pyrotechnics.
