Made by workcover wa under section 146f of the act. this order is the cancellation of approved medical specialists order (no. 5) 2020. the following medical practitioner(s) designated as approved medical specialists with workcover wa under section 146f(1) of the act—are now hereby cancelled— carol anne newlands, john christian bright o’connor, soo tee lim, allan peter skirving, andrew marsden, ross mclaren, john edward crockett, john hodgson silver.
