It is hereby notified for public information, in accordance with section 87 of the Planning and Development Act 2005 that the Minister for Planning approved the abovementioned amendment to the City of Joondalup Local Planning Scheme No. 3 on 5 February 2025 for the purpose of— 1. Rezoning the land within the Greenwood Local Structure Plan from ‘Urban Development’ to the ‘Residential’ zone and the ‘Public Open Space’ and ‘Local Road’ reserves. 2. Applying the ‘R40’, ‘R60’ and ‘R80’ residential density codes in accordance with the Greenwood Local Structure Plan.
