Notice Text
Creditors and other persons having claims to which they are entitled to priority under Section 63 of the Trustees Act 1962 (WA), are required to send particulars of their claims to the executor of the estate, Vivian Warren, at [contact details redacted], by 7 March 2025. After this date, the executor may distribute the estate according to the law governing insolvent estates, having regard only to the claims of which they have notice. As the estate is insolvent, there may be no assets available for distribution to unsecured creditors.
