Creditors and other persons having claims (to which section 63 of the Trustees Act 1962 relates) in respect of the estate of mavis norgard, late of [contact details redacted] 11 may 2020, are required to send particulars of their claims to the executors, robert douglas banks and lynley anne banks, at [contact details redacted] 6230, within one calendar month from publication of this notice, after which date the personal representatives may convey or distribute the assets having regard only to the claims of which they then have notice.
